RGR distinguishes itself with an accomplished professional staff of both landscape architects and architects. The firm’s core members, Geoffrey Roesch, Tanya Moran, Sid Burke, and Wan-Li Fang, have worked together for more than fifteen years and, as a result, they are used to working as a team. With this loyal and experienced team, RGR has achieved a solid record of meeting submission deadlines while maintaining consistently high quality in the design and production effort.
Together, we have gained extensive design experience completing projects in the public realm as well as for institutions, private sector clients, and not-for-profit organizations. We are committed to maintaining senior level participation throughout the course of any project, while at the same time, providing appropriate and cost-effective support staff as needed.

Geoffrey Roesch, founding principal, is a Landscape Architect and Architect with more than 40 years of experience in the master planning and design of buildings and grounds for cultural institutions, educational campuses, urban public open spaces, parks, medical facilities, senior living communities, and residential projects.
Tanya Barth Moran, RA
PRINCIPAL
Tanya Moran is a Principal Architect with more than 30 years of experience in the design of buildings for cultural institutions, urban public open spaces, parks and recreational facilities, commercial developments, and residential projects. Prior to joining RGR in 1990, Ms. Moran worked as an Intern Architect for Patterson Architects, Inc., in Connecticut.
Sid Burke, RLA, ASLA
ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL
Sid Burke is an Associate Principal at RGR Landscape. He has been with the firm since 1997. Mr. Burke manages and designs a range of landscape projects including streetscapes, urban parks, amenity terraces, play environments for children, recreation paths, and ecological restoration.
Wan-Li Fang, RA
ARCHITECT, SENIOR LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
Wan-Li Fang is a registered architect and landscape designer who joined RGR Landscape in 2005. Previous experience includes working as a Junior Architect at Aura Architects & Associates in Taipei, Taiwan.
