RGR Landscape designed the landscape for this senior living center in New Rochelle, NY. A landscaped courtyard is the focal point of the project with tables and chairs arranged on an outdoor terrace amidst lush plantings. The indoor dining room connects to the courtyard, allowing meals and parties to spill outside when the weather permits. Since residents on all floors have views of the courtyard, the planting composition is designed to provide all-season interest and color. RGR prepared documents for site plan approval by the City of New Rochelle including planting and site lighting plans as well as plans for submission and approval by the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.
