RGR Landscape developed the conceptual landscape plan for a new assisted living facility in Greenwich, CT. The plan includes outdoor terraces designed for socializing and dining, a putting green, a continuous looped walkway through a variety of garden environments, and several water features. Lush, fragrant, and colorful plantings are intended to stimulate the senses and, along with the water features, enrich the outdoor experience. A variety of plantings offer seasonal change, which provides a time reference as well as interest and color throughout the year. The walkway traverses a succession of different outdoor spaces and incorporates benches along with areas for wheelchairs to allow residents places to pause, rest, and engage with nature.
