The Bonnie Briar Country Club in Larchmont, NY selected RGR Landscape to prepare design and construction documents for the renovation of the swimming pool deck and the surrounding landscape as well as a new pool house. The RGR team worked closely with the club’s general manager, board, and the pool renovation committee to develop a plan that met the aesthetic goals for the project within the budget limitations that been established at the outset. Although 30% smaller than the original building, the new pool house building has a much more efficient layout and was able to meet all the interior space requirements for the building within the club’s budget.
