Geoffrey Roesch, founding principal, is a Landscape Architect and Architect with more than 40 years of experience in the master planning and design of buildings and grounds for cultural institutions, educational campuses, urban public open spaces, parks, medical facilities, senior living communities, and residential projects.

Mr. Roesch is a registered landscape architect in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, and certified by the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards. He is also registered as an architect in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Mr. Roesch is a LEED® accredited professional with a specialty in Neighborhood Development and has earned designation as a WEDG Associate by the Waterfront Alliance.

Teaching and Professional Development

Mr. Roesch served as a member of the technical panel for the Hudson River Sustainable Shorelines project. He has been an instructor in the Master of Landscape Design program at Columbia University and lecturer or studio critic at Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson School; Columbia University, Graduate School of Architecture and Planning; City University of New York, Graduate School of Urban Design; City College of New York; New York University, Robert Wagner School; and Pratt Institute.
